(Coral Pine Park- Pinecrest programs are monthly, registrations are handled by Pinecrest Community Center)

Beginners and Intermediate
2 days a week
Ages 4 y/o to 17 y/o
8 guaranteed lessons of 1 hour each (no classes on Holidays)

JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAMS
KINDER TENNIS - RED BALL (4 YEARS OLD)
A great way to introduce your child to tennis! This class helps develop: hand-eye coordination, balance, movement, basic racquet skills, and lots of fun! All equipment is scaled to the size and ability level of the children. Red Ball
LITTLE STARS - RED BALL (5 - 6 YEARS OLD)
Introduces your child to the sport and helps develop: hand-eye coordination, agility, balance, movement, racquet skills, and lots of fun! This class will cover the following strokes: forehand, backhand, and volleys. Basic stroke fundamentals will be taught in a fun play based format. All equipment is scaled to the size and ability level of the children. Red Ball
RISING STARS- ORANGE BALL (7 -9 YEARS OLD)
Continues developing the physical and technical fundamental skills: agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, running, catching, throwing, and basic stroke fundamentals. This class will cover The following strokes: forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. Develops fundamental racquet and footwork skills, along with introducing rallying skills. Kids will also enjoy team tennis competitions and games in a fun environment. Orange Ball
GREEN BALL ( 10-12 YEARS OLD)
This class covers the following strokes: forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. Kids will develops fundamental racquet and footwork skills, along with developing rallying skills. Fun drills, games, and team competitions are incorporated each class to help reinforce stroke fundamentals. Green ball
YELLOW BALL (13-17 YEARS OLD)
This class will focus on the tactical and mental aspects of tennis. Players will learn to take a more competitive approach to the game, by being exposed to situations to enhance their decision making. Competitive match play will be part of each class. Players will also review the fundamentals of stroke production and execution. Yellow Ball
In order to develop these results, we have employed a group of coaches and trained professionals who will help in your development, both on and off the court. This group will include: a professional coaching staff, physical trainers, and psychologists.
Each will focus on an integral part of the game: technique, endurance, physical training and conditioning, mental strength, and competition. Our professionals will use their extensive training to enhance your overall performance.
